Throughout the week, we'll focus on maximizing your time to achieve your goals — helping you understand how you spend your time, identify what deserves your attention, and build a system that allows you to make meaningful progress.

Time Management
Everyone gets the same 24 hours.
But how you use those hours can completely change what you're able to accomplish.
Time management isn't about filling every minute of your day.
It's about understanding what matters, deciding what deserves your attention, and making intentional choices about where your time goes.
In this class, you'll explore how to:
Understand where your time is actually going
Identify the priorities competing for your attention
Separate what is urgent from what is actually important
Create realistic priorities around your goals
Reduce time spent on things that don't move you forward
Build a schedule that works with your real responsibilities
Create systems that help you stay consistent
Make time for the things that matter outside of work and school
Turn your available time into meaningful progress

Having goals is one thing.
Having the time and structure to actually pursue them is another.
You can know exactly what career you want.
You can recognize opportunities that could help you get there.
But if you don't make time to act, none of it matters.
Your time is one of the most valuable resources you have.
Learning how to manage it doesn't mean working every minute of the day. It means making intentional decisions about where your time goes so you can make progress without losing yourself in the process.

If a class date needs to change, attendees will have the option to:

Request a refund for the affected class/date
We'll communicate any schedule changes as they occur.
