How We Got Here

We noticed a Pattern.

Across classrooms, boardrooms, startups, and coaching sessions, we saw the same pattern emerge. Smart, capable people were working hard but moving without structure. The talent was there. The effort was there. The system to guide them was not.

People were told to “figure it out” within environments that never explained the rules. Without a clear framework, even the most driven individuals struggled to navigate their path. If business is a game, most people were never taught how to actually play it.

We have spent years studying the career development landscape, coaching hundreds of clients across the United States and Paris, France.

Through hands-on work in university workshops, corporate events, and conferences, the team has developed a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face at every stage of their journey.

This experience has revealed a common thread: many individuals struggle with identity, wrestle with imposter syndrome, and lack clarity around their purpose.

    With a background that spans corporate experience, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Tariq brings a well-rounded perspective to professional growth. Under his leadership, the company has introduced a gamified playbook that teaches individuals how to think strategically, communicate their value, and make intentional career moves.

    Tariq’s philosophy is rooted in both faith and execution. Through his work, he aims to help people unlock opportunities, build confidence, and pursue careers that are both impactful and purposeful.

    Kelly Rose Cayne

    Kelly Rose Cayne, also known as Kelly Rose or KR, is a multidisciplinary designer and creative leader with over a decade of experience in product design, creative direction, and content creation.

    Kelly Rose played a key role in helping bring Pitch Play Co. to life while continuing to grow her full-time career in design. She has contributed to work for companies such as Amazon and Logitech, building a strong foundation in creating visually compelling digital experiences.

    Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new creative tools, practicing ballet, gaming, knitting, and baking. Grounded in her faith, she approaches her work and life with purpose, discipline, and a commitment to continuous growth.
