Meet The Founders
In 2022, I felt called to build something of my own and stepped away from my emerging career in the tech industry.
As I climbed the career ladder, I learned the game of business. I experienced the rewards that came with professional success, but I also witnessed the sacrifices it demanded. Too often, the pursuit of success came at the expense of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
That raised a question for me:
What if there were a business designed to help people grow without losing themselves in the process?
Every business exists to solve a problem. I believed this was a problem worth solving.
That’s why Pitch Play Co. was created.

How WE GOT Here
We noticed a Pattern.
Across classrooms, boardrooms, startups, and coaching sessions, we saw the same pattern. Smart and capable people were working hard but not moving forward.
People were told to “figure it out” within environments that never explained the rules. If business is a game, most people were never taught how to actually play it.
Studying The Market.
We have spent years studying the workforce development industry. Through workshops, corporate events, and conferences, we developed a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face at every stage of their journey.
This experience has revealed a common thread: many individuals struggle with identity, wrestle with imposter syndrome, and lack clarity around their purpose.
