In 2022, I felt called to build my own business and resign from my emerging career in the tech industry. While climbing the career ladder, I learned the game of business. The rewards were pleasant, but the sacarifces made felt inhuman.
Every business is a solution to a problem. What if there were a business designed to help people grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually? That would be a great problem to solve. That’s why Pitch Play Co. was created.

How WE GOT Here
We noticed a Pattern.
Across classrooms, boardrooms, startups, and coaching sessions, we saw the same pattern. Smart and capable people were working hard but not moving forward.
People were told to “figure it out” within environments that never explained the rules. If business is a game, most people were never taught how to actually play it.

We have spent years studying the workforce development industry. Through workshops, corporate events, and conferences, we developed a deep understanding of the challenges professionals face at every stage of their journey.
This experience has revealed a common thread: many individuals struggle with identity, wrestle with imposter syndrome, and lack clarity around their purpose.
