True Leadership in Business
You don't need a title to be a leader.
You don't need to manage a team.
And you don't need to own a business.
Leadership can show up anywhere.
It can happen when you take responsibility for a problem.
When you help someone on your team.
When you make a difficult decision.
When you listen instead of talking.
When you give someone credit.
When you admit you were wrong.
And when you choose to do what's best for the business and the people who depend on it.
In this class, you'll explore how to:
Understand what leadership actually means in business
Recognize the difference between having authority and being a leader
Understand why accountability is essential to leadership
Communicate effectively with different types of people
Learn how listening can make you a stronger leader
Understand how leaders influence the people around them
Make decisions with your team and organization in mind
Take responsibility when things don't go as planned
Give and receive constructive feedback
Help others develop their skills and confidence
Build trust through your actions
Lead without losing sight of the people you're responsible for

If a class date needs to change, attendees will have the option to:

Request a refund for the affected class/date
