As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Program Manager to support the CEO Office and help bring key initiatives to life.

Role Overview

The Program Manager – CEO Office is a strategic execution role responsible for turning ideas into organized, actionable projects. This position works closely with the CEO to coordinate initiatives across coaching programs, product development, marketing, partnerships, and operations.

This role is critical to ensuring that company priorities move forward efficiently and that projects stay organized as Pitch Play Co. expands.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited about helping build systems that support a growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

  • Coordinate and track key initiatives across the company

  • Maintain timelines, deliverables, and accountability for projects

  • Support execution of strategic plans and company priorities

Program Operations

  • Help manage internal systems related to The Playbook and coaching programs

  • Assist with onboarding workflows for new clients and coaches

  • Track operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Help ensure communication across marketing, coaching, partnerships, and product initiatives

  • Support launch coordination for new features, updates, and programs

CEO Office Support

  • Assist with organizing company priorities and initiatives

  • Help track progress on strategic projects and partnerships

  • Maintain documentation, systems, and operational workflows

This role helps transform vision into execution. As a growing platform, Pitch Play Co. is launching new initiatives across coaching, education, and community. The Program Manager ensures these initiatives stay organized, move forward on schedule, and deliver meaningful impact for our clients and coaches.

By supporting the CEO Office, this role plays a direct part in shaping the systems and processes that will help scale the company.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

  • Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, or career development

  • Strong communicator and proactive problem solver

  • Familiar with tools like Notion, project trackers, or collaboration platforms

Experience in program management, operations, consulting, or startup environments is a plus but not required.

Compensation

  • $20 per hour

  • Contract based

  • Hours vary weekly depending on company priorities and budget
