Role + Biggest measurable win

2. 3 Bullet Wins Per Role

Each starts with a verb, ends with a number, and proves impact. Example:

  • Launched dashboard product that generated $1.3M ARR in Year 1

  • Reduced churn by 21% with onboarding redesign and UX feedback loops

  • Led 8-person team across design, dev, and growth to ship 10+ features/quarter

3. Mirror the Job Description

Use nouns and phrases from the role you're applying for. If the job says “cross-functional collaboration,” your resume should too. Why? This helps you beat ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), which scans for keyword relevance.

4. Add One Curious Line at the Bottom

Portfolio and recommendations available upon request. Simple, understated—and it sparks curiosity. A pro move.
