Consider this, every human being on the planet is unique. Even identical twins are different from one another despite external appearances. So if you are a unique individual, then you bring a unique perspective to the workforce. The time that you spend executing your role and responsibilities cannot be replicated. Every team member, stakeholder, manager, and all of the above can do something that you cannot. That is being able to interact with you. Thus, you are the center of the web of experiences, interactions, conversations, tasks, etc. that are unique to you. See how valuable you are now?

So if you were to view yourself as a stock, then when you invest time in yourself the value increases. 📈
